冲煮方法:
1. 先用小煲将 250ml 水加热至沸腾。
2. 将茶胆放入煲中,以细火煮 1 分钟后关火,再焗 6 分钟。
3. 用茶匙将茶胆顺时针搅拌 6 至 8 圈,令所有茶叶能均匀地吸收水分。
4. 重新加热至沸腾再关火,即可使用。
5. 将 50ml 淡奶倒进茶杯,再倒入茶,即可享用。

Instructions
1. Boil 250ml of water in a small pot.
2. Put the tea bag in the pot. Simmer on low heat for 1 minute, then turn off the heat. Leave to brew for 6 minutes.
3. Stir the tea bag clockwise with a teaspoon 6 to 8 times, and let all the tea leaves soak up the water evenly.
4. Bring it back to the boil, then turn off the heat. It is now ready.
5. Pour 50ml of evaporated milk into the teacup first, then add the tea.
