A completely new design approach to chord castanets! 　　　　Sculptural Work Castanets for Aliens Ver.1 The 6cm diameter sphere is composed of three different resonance spaces, so it can produce three different tones (3 chords) just like the previous "Sounding object Ball3", but with the new design, each resonance space has a hole on it and the height of the sound can be changed by opening and closing the hole. This means that six notes, or two types of three chords, can be realized with a single castanet! Unfortunately, they are difficult to hold and play, humanly impossible.
