When married in a sanatorium, the man was forced to sterilize in order not to give birth, fearing that it would be transmitted when the child was born. If a woman became pregnant, she was aborted.
The foetation was formalin-soaked and sampled. A formalin-soaked foetation with the name clearly stated in a transparent bottle inside the building of each sanatorium remains as a witness at that time.
