The name, Mollis, is derived from Acanthus Mollis, a spiny plant with purplish colored flowers.
The leaves of which are said by historians to have been the design inspiration for the Corinthian columns in Greco-Roman architecture.
Mollis is composed of intricate pattern that appears 'almost' flat,
while tiny bulbous parts of the pattern give it a subtle volume and intriguing texture.
At certain angles, the item looks like a simple thin strip,
while the intricate patterns brings to view a peculiar sense of elegance and romance,
giving the item a unique contemporary yet classical impression.
