Be verb: is in, exists
This work was named Be because it has an overwhelming presence and it is a word game that expresses "beauty".
The theme of this work is "Pursuing beauty by ignoring all work man-hours".
In the world, Edo Kiriko is selling well because of its low price.
Since this work is elaborate, the price is high according to the work man-hours, and it goes against the selling style.
However, the basis of the theme is that I wanted to hit the impact of overwhelming beauty that would change the way people think about whether the price is cheap or not.
I don't think that the designs up to this point will come out on my own, and I think that you will be satisfied with the high level of design compared to the works of other workshops.
The mouth is rubbed so that it tilts inward in a semicircular shape.
This is a work to improve the mouthfeel, and I tried about 10 patterns and felt that this semicircle was the most comfortable, so I adopted this shape.
The design inside the triangle at the top is a traditional pattern called "Kikukagome".
The difficulty of cutting is one of the most difficult.
The transparent cut and the salt plum that retains the color are good, and it is excellent in design, so we have adopted it.
The design of this work is divided into 24 parts, but the beauty is brought out by increasing the number of divisions only in the triangular part of the Kikugome and expressing the size smaller.
The erasing process (frosted glass) was applied so that the colored parts alternated with the gradation.
I think I was able to express beauty, nobility, elegance, and elegance that cannot be expressed simply by polishing the whole.
The design is complicated, so I think that the way the design feels will differ depending on the viewer.
I recognize that a design that looks different depending on the viewer is the best design, so I think it meets that requirement.
For example, the rest of the colors below are in a regular array of crosses.
When I see this work myself, the creator, I get the impression that it is a crown ornament, a ornament like a female necklace.
Also, if you look at it from above, you will get a different impression from when you look at it from the side.
The creator himself feels that the large petals and the tapering to the tips of the petals are looking at the lily flower lover.
The lily flower lover is "pure," "dignified," and "innocent."
I think that the dignified flower lover unintentionally matched the presence of the Be tumbler in the title of the work.
I don't think there will be any more works, so I hope you enjoy it.
We would appreciate it if you could consider it for yourself, as a gift, or to improve the brand image of the store.
The Kiriko of our workshop is polished using the traditional method of Edo Kiriko, "hand polishing", which maintains the strength of the glass and finishes it with high quality.
On the other hand, there are some things in the world that polish the glass while immersing it in an acid called "acid polishing" and melting the entire glass into pieces.
Acid-polished ones have the disadvantages of being easily scratched and the color may fade, but since the man-hours can be reduced and the price can be sold at a low price, sales will improve, so many workshops and writers perform acid-polishing. We are here.
Since the cut surface of our workshop is polished one by one, the original strength of the glass is not lost, and you can wash it with a detergent or scrubbing brush.
Please note that boiling water, microwave ovens and dishwashers cannot be used like any other glassware.
