如果把冰岛的景色都用菜色来形容，贯穿全部旅程的冰岛公路大概就是白饭，用静谧而温顺来衬托别人的美，单吃无味，但细细嚼咽，又有一股甜味在舌根，一个被视为理所当然的存在、最容易被忘记却又不能忽视的景色。

如果公路是白饭，苔原、瀑布、沙滩和悬崖就是各种功夫菜，最精采壮阔的600岁老冰川是牛排，火山口湖大概就是..麻辣锅。
