LEAD TIME:
For pieces that we have in stock, packages are generally dispatched 1-4 days after receipt of payment. If you would like to know if an item is immediately available before you purchase, please contact us directly first.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
As we make our pieces one by one and we have a physical shop where the piece can be sold at any time, there is a chance that we are out of stock of your ordered item. Britannia Silver 958 pieces generally take 1-2 weeks to make, while other pieces such as 23K Gold Vermeil, 18K Gold and Platinum pieces can take 2-4 weeks if out of stock. It is worth bearing this in mind if purchasing jewelry as a gift. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you directly.
