熟练地走进超商用微波食品打发一餐
手机上随意几个表情符号代替了问候
这些都成为我们日复一日的常态
可是阿
我们真的只能把日子过成这种模样
不是只有享有特权的少数人才能停下休息
当跑步机暂时断了电 人们从字面上停止活动
学着享受新型态的慢节奏
不要得过且过地活
而是坚定且规律地朝前走
