This is a V-neck T-shirt with Edo-Komon Pocket, which is a Japanese traditional craft. The design of the Edo Komon (pocket) is a navy blue and white "Ichimatsu". Originally, it is an ancient lattice pattern that has existed since ancient times, but it has come to be called the "Ichimatsu" pattern because it was used by the famous Kabuki actor Ichimatsu Sano in the Edo period.
