**Shipping time & details:**
- For customers in Thailand, we ship via Thailand Post, either registered mail or EMS, depending on your choice.
- The package will be shipped on the next business day after payment.
- For standard shipping, we will send the package out from Thailand via "Thailand Post" using ePacket service. You can track the package on the Thailand Post website.
- For express shipping, we will send the package via DHL.
If customers wish to use any other shipping method, please inform us via Pinkoi message before placing an order.
- For urgent cases: Customers can switch the shipping method to EMS, which normally takes 3-5 days. (Customers will be responsible for the extra shipping fee.)
- Items should arrive at your doorstep within 7-14 days. (If not received, please contact us.)
**How to CARE for your swimsuit:**
- Hand wash in cold water
- Do not twist or wring
- Do not machine wash
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not dry clean
- Do not iron or blow dry
**Exchange Conditions:**
- Please note that swimwear may not be eligible for refund unless the item is damaged. Please notify us via Pinkoi message.
- The item must be returned unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging; otherwise, we cannot process an exchange for you.
- In cases where a customer wishes to exchange for a different size, please be reminded that the incurred shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
**All orders during promotions and special campaigns are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.**

Our brand does not ship via SF Express, and we will not cover shipping fees for returned parcels. We currently only ship via Thailand Post. Please provide your contact address.
