台湾导演杨德昌的作品《一一》有这样一句对白：电影发明以后，人类的生命比起以前至少延长了三倍。
电影发明以前，我们对死亡的体验和理解可能只能通过葬礼和自身生命走到尽头的一天。电影发明以后，我们的生命不单延长了至少三倍，我们对死亡的体验和观察亦延长了不知多少倍。
《七孔流血还七孔流血死还死》是香港视觉艺术家Rex Koo 以港产片为主题的第三本绘本。书本分⎡死⎦和⎡流血⎦两部份，收录了八九十年代港产片中的死亡情境和溅血画面。通过作者的画作，除了花样百出的死亡方式外，读者亦能再次感受到那个年代港产片的创意和活力。

关于Rex Koo
Rex Koo（顾沛然），香港土生土长视觉艺术家, 自小热爱流行文化，风格深受普普艺术及八九十年代流行文化影响。千禧年开始从事平面设计及插画工作，2013年开始以独立创作人身份进行创作。曾以港产片为主题先后出版过三本绘本《Only You can take取西经》、《当年相恋意中人》及《七孔流血还七孔流血死还死》。
2018年开始于工余时间进行漫画创作。台风山竹后开始构思以香港为舞台的幻想故事，前后大约花了一年时间完成《城寨志异》第一集。
About Rex Koo
Rex Koo, a Hong Kong born visual artist, is enthusiastic about pop culture, particularly Hong Kong movies. He has been devoting himself to graphic design and illustration works since the Millennium. In 2013, starting his career as an independent designer。Rex have released three publication themed on Hong Kong movie so far, including《Only You can take me to get scriptures in the west》,《Once upon a time — memory of Hong Kong cinema》and《Bleeding and Death are two different things》.
Rex began to create comics in his spare time since 2018. After the attack from Typhoon Mangkhut, he began to conceive a fantasy story which using Hong Kong as a stage. It took about a year to complete the first episode of《Strange Tales of Walled City》.
