This pattern's name is SHARIN-GIKU.
“GIKU (KIKU)” is daisy whose petals are open in all directions, so it is often regarded as Sun. This is one of the most popular patterns of good omen in Japan.
“Sharin” means wheel, which rolls on towards bright future. Wheel with daisy amplifies good omen.
The base color of the original fabric is bright red and white & black are used for the flower.
The chain is detachable. You can use it as a mini pouch inside your bag.
