我地只能答应客人是根据同样的配方去调色和制作，并尽量将色差控制在可接受的范围内💁🏻

If there is lack of raw materials or no longer on sale, we would notify the customer in 3-5 working days and arrange the refund afterwards.
Handmade products are not impossible to have exactly the same finished product, even if it is made by a machine, there will be uncontrollable and lightly varenices.
We made out products under same procedure or produce according to the same formula. We would try to control the color difference within an acceptable range.💁🏻
The color may exist a slight difference due to different screen displays. Shooting under different lighting / environment would also affect the visual effect.
✨If it is not seriously damaged, we do not accept returns due to personal factors (i.e. discrepancies between imagination and actual product).
To aviod any misunderstanding, you are welcome to join our market or workshop in perrson if you have high expectations or be a perfectionist.
