The men’s suit has a history of more than 400 years. And like a re-discovery of the values of this tradition, Flumen was created with reference to this long history of the suit. In the 18th Century when the Rococo style was at its peak, motifs such as flowers or sea shells were translated into elaborate compositions of curved lines with beautiful ornamental details used in fashion, furnishings and art. And we attempted to re-create this Rococo stylized exquisite and elegant form in this Flumen brooch.
