“Hobin” are produced by meisters in Hasami town, Nagasaki prefecture, where are more than 400 years of producing pottery.
“Hobin” means no handle teapot.
For that reason, “Hobin” is suitable to brew luxury tea leaves such as; Gyokuro, Kabusecha, Temomicha at a low temperature, which gently pull a taste and can have a good taste.
