It is one of the good made exemplar of the Soviet vintage grandmaster chess sets. You can see good shapes of the figures, carved rooks and bishops, wooden white knights. Such chess sets had been producing more primitively since 1980s with both plastic knights, with not carved rooks and bishops, the shapes of figures were also simplified.
Damages: board has cracks near the clothing hooks, the finials of the kings are not original, these are push pins instead.
