Mihong Oolong Tea is made from vigorous leaves in prime age. It is a kind of fully fermented tea. The tea liquor is in bright reddish brown color due to the transformation of polyphenols to thearubigins in the rolling process. It tastes aromatic and gives out a natural honey fragrance.
