The circle is a person's world or what is intended to be controlled. A downward triangle is a triangle of action, deed, realization of one's power and strength. Distortions in the chakra's activity are manifested in indecision, lack of communication, unwillingness to live, low self-esteem, or aggressive intolerance and excessive demands on other people. The harmonious state of the chakra manifests itself as strength of mind, willpower, self-awareness, conscious volitional decision-making, self-improvement, realization of one's potential. The main function of Manipura is to generate and distribute Cosmic energy in the human body. https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/52237759923_87d7d84467_z_d.jpg The mandala will help harmonize the chakra through prolonged eye contact with it.
