This piece is made of clay for earthenware pots that can be used in the oven or over an open flame.
The capacity is about twice that of the baked curry earthenware pot I made before.
It can be used not only for baked curry and gratin, but also for udon noodles, porridge, and hot tofu for one or two people. Please use it in your pots and pans.
Each piece is slightly different in size and curvature, and the backside enjoys a rough sensation.
