This is a Holy grail ceramic goblet for wine, beer, and mead. The top cup of this stoneware goblet is thrown on the wheel, and the stem is thrown on the wheel and added. The stem is hollow, making it strong and also lightweight. All of our products are handmade in our studio. We start by throwing the clay and then allowing it to completely dry. The chalice is then bisque fired, glazed with a gold and metallic glaze, and fired again at a high temperature. Each piece has several different glazes, which add depth to the color. This attractive ceramic wine glass would make a great gift for that special person, or just to come home to and have a nice glass of wine after a stressful day.
