It is a silver earrings of mother of pearl
3 round balls of 2 mm in diameter and 1 round ball of 6 mm in diameter
Below that, I attached a drop-shaped plate of silver (matte finish) of about 15 mm in length.
The total length of the motif is about 4.5 cm
