日常测候．让文学推荐一把适合你的伞
日常生活中，总有各种意料之外的风暴和考验，有时遭遇狂风吹袭、有时被骤雨淋湿，有时则是蒸溽的酷暑，如同台湾过去被不同政权统治，伴随着无法预测和掌握的冲击，形成台湾人压抑又复杂的历史经验。但透过文学，我们得以在多变的世界里喘息、遁逃、想像或共感，也为自己生命留下纪录。
当生活起伏如同“气象”，“改变”成为唯一的“不变”时，所幸我们还有岛屿安身立命，还有文学能寄托情感与心灵。
因此，国立台湾文学馆“拾藏：台湾文学物语”以“日常测候”为主题，将“伞”做为文学的载体，挑选蔡培火、赖和、三毛这三位台湾作家的相关藏品，发掘其中的文学内涵，以及他们对于这块岛屿的想像，设计出一系列陪伴你面对台湾多变天气的“文学之伞”，以文学构筑内心的宁静之境。
从在地出发，我们与MIT认证厂商“富雨洋伞”合作，使用台湾福懋抗UV伞布、防泼水设计和防风骨架。无论是刮风、下雨或烈日，只要开伞，我们就在一场突然的考验当中，召唤台湾文学家们面对时代、迎面向前的精神。

文学是休憩之处
戒严时代，政治与社会环境受限宛如高压酷暑。三毛从呆板的学校教育与保守的社会中逃脱，离开台湾流浪撒哈拉沙漠。她与丈夫荷西购买一台白色汽车，是她的“第一匹白马”，陪着她与丈夫穿越广漠风沙。

Public political and social expression was severely restricted during Taiwan’s Martial Law Period. Sanmao escaped Taiwan’s stifled learning and social environment to the faraway Sahara Desert, where she explored its wonders in a white car with her husband José.
The ridgeline represents shifting sands and the white car in its midst suggests adventure and escape. This sets the stage for this umbrella’s most unique feature – a metal replica of the license plate that once graced Sanmao and José’s car nicknamed ‘White Steed’, which endures as a symbol of Sanmao’s unquenchable desire for freedom.
