This wheel thrown yunomi was made in my small pottery workshop here in Taiwan. My workshop over looks the Yamingshan mountain which are a constant source of inspiration.
This pot was made from local Taiwanese clay and then a satin cream white glaze was applied.
While the clay was still wet I used created thrown lines with my fingers to create interest. I believe a handmade pot should show the hand of the maker.
My signature is painted in red in the middle of the foot ring.
