For me, making is very close to remembering.
When I was a child, I used to visit my father's hometown every summer.
It was a rural town by the sea, and the only entertainment I had was playing in the sea, so I went to the beach every day.
At some point, I stopped coming back to my hometown, and the sea I used to swim in every day in the summer became a part of my memory.
I embroidered it to remind me of what the sea was like and made it into a brooch.
A lot of fine beads are used, but they are very light and are hard to remove because they are glued from the back.
It is a one-of-a-kind item that is carefully handcrafted one by one.
