Antique Vintage Rooster Dutch Wall Clock 8 day (Warmink Wuba era)

This is a Dutch antique/vintage Warmink rooster comtoise wall clock. This clock is made by one of the best Dutch clock companies that has ever existed, namely the Warmink company. These clocks were very popular in th 1960s. The traditional Dutch clock chimes on the half and full hour (chimes beautifully). As you can see on the photos, this clock is made by the best materials. Of course this clock is fully working! The measurements are 82 centimeter (including pendulum) by 28 centimeter. The clock has some normal traces of age. Brief history: The clockwork is made by the best clock company in Holland, namely the famous Warmink company. These type of clocks were produced between 1950 and 1960. The company which was located in Almelo, the Netherlands was founded in 1929 produced quality clocks. However, after 75 years in business and craftsmanship dating back to the 17th century the Warmink family closed the doors of their company forever.
