Pottery
Diameter 9.7cm height 9.3cm
It is a teacup with a green oribe glaze on the inside and a part of the outside, followed by a traditional and humorous oribe design with a red handle (brown pigment).
The design is not the original one I devised, but the oribe pattern “Sodegaki vine”. It is surprising that such a modern and unique design was invented from Muromachi to the Edo period.
Oribe glaze is thinner on the outside than on the inside.
The size is large and contains plenty.
It is ground with a potter's wheel, but it is just a little oval.
