The diamond-shaped metal parts are from the Kuchi tribe. It was used as an ornament.
It's a little plump. A metal pearl with a very delicate pattern.

The cut turquoise and lapis are grown heavily.
The pink colored beads are rubies. (Scratches can be seen on one ruby.)
The bell is also part of the Kuchi people of Afghanistan. It was attached to decorations, etc., and this is an old product.
