/ 品牌故事 / 科技化产品无所不在，冰冷的材质设计充斥您我的生活。我们不断思考哪一种元素可以传递温暖与展现人文。 初期我们走访台湾各地，亲自触摸一件件的原木产品，我们发觉天然孕育的树木经过岁月累积而产生坚硬粗矿的外表，其内在却有“坚韧”与“细致”、也能传递“感动”与“温暖”。所以我们当下发愿利用最朴质的台湾桧木，让科技化的产品产生更多的创意空间。每项商品都能代表台湾与台湾工艺，经过锯、削、刨、磨等加工手法，让桧木的细致由里而外、绽放天然的纹路。在触摸的同时、由内心不断涌出的暖流，我想那是科技与原始的结合吧！翻至背面、那淡淡的清香触碰你我的嗅觉。我想那就是“桧木芬多精”，并且在您我内心中留下一段记忆。 /商品说明_中英/ 自然成长的桧木主要分布于北美洲、日本与台湾，而台湾是桧木生长的最南界，也是唯一亚热带气候却能拥有桧木生长的地区。台湾扁柏与台湾红桧统称为台湾桧木。其木材纹理细致，含有高浓度的精油、香气四溢，不易腐朽，常作为高级家具与建材的首选。具有高度的经济价值。 数千年的台湾神木于1906年11月被日籍小笠原富二郎发现阿里山神木。六年之后阿里山便开始大量砍伐，并且陆陆续续成立大型林场（阿里山、太平山、八仙山..等）。但原始桧木林遭受到全面砍伐的年代却是在1950~1980年之间。这几十年来、台湾林业的发展却成为砍伐台湾桧木的原罪之一。至今原始的台湾桧木林却只剩下不到二成。wkidea希望藉由这次的研发，让珍贵的台湾桧木可以与科技商品结合，让更多的人了解台湾工艺与精神。 台湾桧木的色泽为淡淡的黄色。味道清香、吸入体内之后，顿时可以稳定我们的思绪。台湾桧木醇含有木B-thujaplicin成分，在48小时薰氛后达到81%除菌除臭效果。多位的医学博士都有发表过相关抗癌的功效。 Cypress grows in the nature with main distribution over North America, Japan and Taiwan. Taiwan is the southernmost region for cypress growth but also the only subtropical climate region that grows cypress. Taiwan cypress and Taiwan red cypress are collectively addressed as Taiwan Cypress. Its wood pattern is exquisite in texture that contains high concentration of essential oil and overflowing scents. The material does not erode easily and is frequently used as top choice for high-end furniture and construction with high economic value. The Taiwan’s sacred tree was first discovered by Japanese Jiro Ogasawara in November, 1906 as the Alishan Sacred Wood. Six years later, Alishan was cut down extensively while large timber lands were formed one after another (Alishan, Taipingshan and Baxianshan). However, the time for cypress forest to face with tree felling took place between 1950~1980. The development of Taiwan forestry industries has become one of the original sins for felling Taiwan cypress in the past decades. Today, the primitive Taiwan cypress forest falls below 20%. Wkidea intends to combine previous Taiwan cypress with technological products so that more people can understand the craft aft and spirit of Taiwan. Taiwan cypress has light yellow color with refreshing fragrance. It can stabilize our thoughts after absorbing to the body. Taiwan Hinokitiol contains B-thujaplicin ingredient and will reach 81% of sterilization and anti-odor effects in 48 hours of burning.
